These coils of conductive wire wrap around the wrist, drawing energy from the wearer as electric potential.

• Each time you spend a point of Energy/Edge/Mana(2:1)/etc, you accumulate 1 point of Potential in the bracers (max 5).
• Blowback: aw imm 5e; interrupts a melee attack, causing 500% heavy lightning damage plus push 5 plus stun (Fe).
• Lightning Speed: aw imm aug 5e; one std or sw action becomes free.

Hard mode version:

• Max Potential is 10 points.
• Zap-To: aw fr 1-5e; you instantly move up to 2 squares per point of Potential spent.
• Faraday Cage: enc imm 10e; blocks any one incoming attack. If any enemies are adjacent to you, they suffer 10x heavy lightning damage plus stun (Fe).
• Energize: aw aug 1-10e; you augment any attack with +50% damage per point spent.
